Our Deputy CEO Zoe Richardson has been nominated to take part in a piece of work with an independent organisation called Engage Britain. Engage Britain have been commissioned by all the political parties across the UK to work with the health and social care sector to solve some of the largest challenges it is facing. Zoe is one of 15 people nominated nationally to be a voice of social care providers and its staff. Over the next few months, she will work on looking at the big issues and problem solving with Engage Britain and the team. These solutions will be built into each party-political manifesto for the next number of years, and this is a real opportunity to help change the sector for the better. SJMT are proud to be a voice on this platform and to be able to shout about all our amazing staff and the work they do.
