The latest Service Experience Survey results for Alexandra House are now published and we are delighted that the feedback has once again been overwhelmingly positive, with the overall survey score being 9.5 out of 10 and on average 9.5 out of 10 residents said they would be likely to recommend SJMT.
All results were positive with residents either agreeing or strongly agreeing to the questions asked, with particular note that 78% of residents strongly agreeing that they had been respected and were treated with dignity, 78% of residents strongly agreed that SJMT staff had given them the right kind of support and care and 89% strongly agreed that staff helped them to feel safe.
We are always so pleased to hear such positive feedback for our staff and facilities and endeavour to continue to keep our standards this high.
